Associate – Accountancy Partnerships & Consultative Sales

Primary responsibility

You will build and develop relationships with accountancy firms that have R&D-active clients. Additionally, you will learn the consultative sales process to be able to support in client meetings as part of the wider sales team.

We are a boutique R&D tax advisory firm working with high-growth and innovation-led UK businesses. Our work sits alongside accountants, not in competition with them — helping their clients access specialist R&D expertise in a way that is technically robust, compliant, and reputation-safe.

The role

You will build and develop relationships with accountancy firms that have R&D-active clients. Your job is to help them understand when R&D becomes specialist and how working with us protects their clients and reputation. Additionally, you will learn the consultative sales process to be able to support in client meetings as part of the wider sales team.
