Davide began his career as a Higher Research Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in London, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in materials science. His research led to numerous peer-reviewed publications. He then transitioned to a technical role a Materials Analyst, providing customer training and consulting on materials software solutions.
With a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Oxford and additional qualifications in computing and digital project management, Davide combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of business and innovation.
Over several years, Davide has applied his expertise in engineering, materials science and software development to support businesses with their R&D tax benefits. He has held senior roles in notable R&D tax organisations where he specialised in helping engineering, bioscience, and IT companies. Davide joined Source Advisors in 2024 bringing his wealth of engineering and technical R&D expertise to the role of Technical Consultant.
