Having studied business management at university, James joined Source Advisors in 2023. He had previous experience in R&D consultancy but joining Source Advisors allowed him to build on his knowledge to better understand the complexity of the R&D tax relief regime. This means that he can signpost our clients to the right R&D and IP services for their business.
James thrived as part of our client facing team and was promoted to the role of Senior Associate in 2024.
