With a BSc in Biomolecular Science and an MSc in Chemistry, Kieran began his career in technical and R&D roles, progressing to leadership positions within market-leading organisations in the chemical and FMCG sectors.
He subsequently moved into the Media & Entertainment sector, taking on operational management responsibilities and developing extensive experience in building and delivering strategic and operational plans across a range of supply chains functions. This broadened his commercial perspective and complemented his technical background with significant experience in business strategy, operational delivery and management.
Kieran joined Source Advisors in 2015 and now works closely with clients across a broad range of sectors to identify and evaluate qualifying R&D activities. Drawing on his technical and commercial background, he develops clear, robust and technically substantiated reports that support clients in optimising the value of their R&D tax claims.
