Smrity started her tax career with a Big 4 accountancy firm as a Tax Associate.
She joined Source Advisors in 2026 to specialise in R&D tax relief. She has worked with clients, large and small, across many sectors helping them to submit robust and successful tax credit claims.
Smrity’s role involves collaborating with our clients, both their finance and technical teams, to gather project data and translate those complex R&D activities into robust claims.
