Steve holds a BSc (Hons) specialising in Physics and Psychology and PGCE in Training and Development. Having originally trained as a consumer electronics engineer after leaving school in the early 1980s, he has continually developed his career to share his knowledge, enthusiasm for learning and technical skills with others through leading roles in technical training, management development and examination assessment.
Steve has worked for Source Advisors as a Technical Consultant since 2014, helping businesses maximise the value of their innovation through our R&D and Patent Box tax relief.
