Vicki is responsible for leading Source Advisor’s strategic partnerships with UK Accountancy practices, working with senior partners and leadership teams, to support sustainable and compliant R&D delivery.
Her background spans professional practice, industry, and entrepreneurship. After training with a top-20 accountancy practice, Vicki moved into Finance Director roles within engineering and manufacturing businesses, before specialising in R&D tax relief. She later co-founded Luvo Financial, an R&D tax consultancy that was acquired by Source Advisors in 2021.
Since joining Source, Vicki has built and led the firm’s partnership strategy, focusing on long-term relationships, technical confidence, and policy informed insight.
