Zaim graduated as an Aero-Mechanical Engineer and is a chartered member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. Starting his career with JLR, he has had roles in manufacturing and process engineering, including at BAE Systems. He is currently pursuing doctoral research into the impact of technology in financial inclusion as part of his remote learning in sustainable and ethical finance.
Since 2018 he has specialised in innovation consultancy, joining Source Advisors as a Technical Consultant in 2024.
