This role is for a passionate, experienced, dedicated sales professional who wants to immerse themselves in the R&D ecosystem. We work with some of the most exciting businesses in the UK and we simply want to work with more of them. We work in a competitive, complex space and success is hard earned. Our approach is a research focused development motion from the very moment we identify the company as someone we want to work with, and the Senior Associate will develop a pipeline where they know all the moving parts about their targets, how to approach them at meaningful milestones and when to close. This role takes patience, tenacity, attention to deal and an intellectual ability to comprehend the innovation of these businesses.
We are a small, dedicated team who has each other’s backs, celebrates success together and expect individual high performance as standard.
