Jude graduated with an MEng in Civil and Structural engineering from Leeds. Before Source Advisors he worked for an investment company and an engineering consultancy where he found he enjoyed client conversations and finding solutions to their problems.
Joining Source Advisors in 2023 Jude quickly understood the technical requirements of R&D and IP tax incentives and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024.
